THE SECOND LETTER

When I created The Passionfruit Podcast a couple of years ago, I wanted it to feel like sipping on freshly squeezed lemon juice: refreshing, energizing and resetting. I was in college at the time, and I was ultra-inspired by how curiosity led to passion and how passion is the driving force behind what people choose to pursue and build.

The10,000 hour-rule, 1% better club & people that are in genuine flow state, building themselves and the world around them, the people that dare to discover. I was curious about their curiosity and wanted to dive into their worlds and share their passions and the fruits of their labor (passion), their Passionfruit with the world.

The first time they picked up a camera, skillet or brush, scored a goal or sang in front of an audience. The first time they produced something and had their eyes light up. Their dedication to becoming better at their passion until eventually it becomes their craft, a personal yet universal experience.

Years later, I realized Passionfruit extends beyond individual stories. It lives in our everyday culture, in what shapes us, how we live. It is found in stories of taste and the journeys of becoming, a never-ending yet beautiful process of turning points and challenges that shape those who have mastered their craft.

I wanted to feature content that energizes people and that inspires them to find the fire that moves them. As the vision grew, Passionfruit grew with it, taking shape beyond sound alone.

Passionfruit is a space that observes, listens and documents stories that shape our culture today, to inspire you to explore, connect and follow yours.
